You are eligible for a replacement if you receive a product that is:
Damaged during transit
Defective in quality (e.g., spoiled or not meeting our quality standards)
Note: We do not offer refunds—only replacements for damaged or defective products.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement within 2 days. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product. If the original product is damaged or defective, we may request a return, and shipping costs for the return will not be covered.
Our replacement policy does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
Products that have been consumed or opened
Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect product quality or safety

If eligible, replacement shipping is free. However, if the issue arises due to customer error or misuse, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
